Picture Parable

Sometimes I find myself looking at the next person like I am better than them because I got Jesus and it clearly looks like they don't and are on their way to hell so hey why bother, I chose my path and they are choosing theirs. Forgetting that I was once dead bones with no life in them
no sense of direction and that someone helped me to find God. I tend to toot my nose up and move on like I didn't just see a spiritual life and death situation right before my eyes! Self?, take the plank out of your own eye first then you can see that clearly that next person NEEDS JESUS just as much as you do! #realtalk #imnotperfect #younotperfect #humbleyourself #repentdaily

Picture Parable

Nothing really satisfy God like obedience does, it puts a smile on His face. Obedience as it pertains to us puts six areas in check in our lives, those are OUR HEART, loving Him more than any relationship, activity, achievement or possession. OUR WILL, committing ourselves completely to Him. OUR MIND, seeking to know Him and His word so His principles and values form a foundation of how we think and move. OUR BODY, our strengths, talents, and sexuality are given to us by Him to use according to His rules not ours. OUR FINANCES, deciding that everything you have ultimately comes from God. OUR FUTURE, by deciding to make service to God the main purpose of our life's work. Now gone ahead and walk in His Will.

Picture Parable

A lot times over we never realize that the things God puts in your life over a long period of time blesses you everyday like the little things you might overlook. Just think about what has giving you good service? What has been working well for you? Or what has last for a long time without breaking down or falling apart? Never forget to think God for the quite blessings in your life.

Winter Approaching? Nope it's already here!

Brrrrrr, it's cold out! Hey you northerners this may seem crazy to you but 50-60 degree weather is freezing cold to me, someone throw me three extra large jackets with heaters on the inside so I can warm up! So I guess you can see that I am a southerner who has never lived outside of this part of the U.S. I don't know if this will ever change.

Two Men One Way Pt. 2

Michael was hesitant, trying to make out his words in his mind on who called him. "Well, spit it out young man, who called you!?". Right before Michael could answer with his mouth open ready to tell him, suddenly a lightning strike hit from the misty sky, both the guy and Michael were alarmed, "rain is going to be coming soon", the guy said while directing their attention to the sky. Hearing dragging footsteps approaching them, "who is that", Michael whispered. With the mist blocking their view, they couldn't descry who it could be. But nevertheless it was only a stranger passing by, but he stopped and decided to speak.

Looking at Michael the stranger asks, "why do you stand here? I am choosing a path to walk down, And you, sir? Sizing him up the guy exclaims the path of glory, success, and much more!" Feeling startled, Michael had to ask this stranger who stumbled out of nowhere, "why are you here? I am here choosing my path like the both of you are and to answer your second question before you ask, that spooky path to your left is the one I am taking". Volunteering himself to speak Michael asks, "Why would you want to choose that old creepy looking one? Well, you see I have learned in my lifetime that a lot of things are not as though they seem. I have gone through a lot of trials and minor situations where I chose things just because of how it looked and I ended up with the short stick. Most of the time you can entangle yourself with the inconvenience and unnecessary affairs when you're too hasty with decisions. You know there is a famous quote that says, "but they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows". This path many men take to destruction, so you ought to be a wise young man, where you choose to go".

Continuing on down the misty route, feeling bombarded; the guy walks up and stops him, saying angrily, "with whose authority do you speak? None of my own, it is only he that compels me to". Walking away, the stranger does not say another word and chooses his path and leaves the two men.

The guy returns to Michael and tells him, "hey forget what that fool was talking about because that sounded outrageous and stupid, completely unrealistic!" Looking baffled, Michael spoke, saying; "wow he sounded a lot like and spoke as if he was the guy who called me.

Which path will Michael choose? TuneIn next time to see what happens it only gets better!

A Moment With You

Listening to the sound of the wind,
Which I can not comprehend, because the bible tells us, "you do not know where it comes from nor where it goes".
So just sit and feel it.
Let it graze upon your soft silky skin, and again let it graze upon your soft silky skin.
Until the end where we would be together side by side, where the two collide on holy ground to be bound together in love just to sit together in old age to feel the wind.
Let it graze upon our soft skin as we sit in the spring, let it graze upon our soft silky skin.

Two Men One Way (Stay tuned for Pt. 2)

"It's your road, and yours only. Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you."
